Internet Tools for Lifelong Learning in the IT Sector

In the presented dissertation, there is, based on a given topic “Internet tools for lifelong learning in the IT sector”, expressed an appropriate coverage of created partial research tasks with an active solution of them at the Faculty of Business and Management, Brno University of Technology for branch Company Management and Economics, and that in accordance with the defined areas of research and publication activities. For systemic approach to the whole dissertation, it was defined area of theoretical perspectives and expressed methodology for addressing systemic models of education on Internet means and for that practical research work was chosen adaptable (“learning”) Company 1 as a reference (for solving individual practical research tasks) and a methodology of modern approach to modelling was created (“for modern management and information communication between systems”) and also modelling of a required adaptable (“directly also improving with modelling”) Internet (and intranet) environment of companies and its use in the process of lifelong learning of knowledge workers (“teachers”) of Company 1 and possible additional (“knowledge workers and users”) Company 2, 3, ..., m i.e. “businesses as other customers” and all that to actively create an adaptable and new space with the possible use of an evolutionary (“new and also modern and intelligent and self-learning”) means of information and communication technologies (ICT) both from the world and from the Czech Republic and especially new (and evolutionary perspective) Internet tools and resources for business management, lifelong learning in IT sector and necessary monitoring of demanded company's competitiveness operating in dynamically developing IT. By systemically solved modelling on computers, there is expressed an issue of appropriately selected internet tools in a competitive environment of companies, and also there is addressed by computer modelling a new approach to modelling leading to an anticipated modernization of modern electronic lifelong learning forms built on tools and resources of the Internet. The work also includes a creation of models on PCs allowing comparison of expected changes in competitiveness of companies reacting to the benefits of created methodology and that leads to an anticipated improvement in the quality of management and economics of companies in terms of relative improvement of their competitiveness. Solving of these modern issues is conducted based on an appropriate analysis of selected enterprises, corresponding to the solved topic and solved objectives of the work and also obtained information from publications in world information sources on the Internet and from virtual libraries of the world, publishing, seminars, proceedings and conferences. The results of system analytical approach to solving tasks and activities of the research work have been regularly published in articles of professional and peer-reviewed journals and also in conference contributions. In these research results, there is systematically expressed a new essence of solving interface of social and IT technical system with selected resources of internet tools for lifelong learning companies working in IT sector as a possible contribution into modern creation of self-learning organizations.

Risk management in the Company Technické služby Jeseník a.s.

This diploma thesis deals with the risk management issue of a projection of regional aqua-park Jeseník, with the aim to identify risks connected with realization of this project. This particular process of risk management adjustment is isolated proceeding with its characteristics, and expertise, with replenishing purpose of project management awareness for possible risks, and their impacts on the project and its surroundings. Using a system approach and risk management weaknesses, which are the most threatening for the project as well as financial formulation of particular risks, are identified. Attending matters of risks, strategies, which will be used for the utmost elimination of doubts from the realization, emerged. Proposals and disposals refer to advantages, and urgency of applying risk management processes along with system thinking for management, which corresponds with the particular project.

The boundaries of social services in the area of the social-health interface - sheltered housing for people with intellectual disabilities

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the integration of social and health services. The aim is to identify the boundaries of the social service of sheltered housing for people with intellectual disabilities in the area of the social-health interface. In this thesis social services are defined primarily according to Act No. 108/2006. In order to provide more detailed description of the clients of sheltered housing, the thesis defines the concept of intellectual disability, especially in adulthood. It focuses on sheltered housing and sheltered housing workers as well as methods and techniques of work in this social service. The thesis also deals with the interdisciplinary perspective of social work with people with intellectual disabilities while it also describes selected expertise and services in the social-health interface. One of the chapters is dedicated to the systemic approach. The analytical part of the thesis contains the methodology of the research, the subject of which is specific sheltered housing. A Systemic Approach in Supervision

Supervision is dramatically growing domain in the past few years. There are many origins which influence its practice and psychotherapy models are one of them. It is important to be conscious of the influence of theoretical background, which can colour end guide course of supervision. We can find increasing use of systemic approach in the practice, therefore this work focus on its application in supervision. We can find lack of resources specific for using systemic approach in the supervision in the social and health care services, so it is important to turn the attetntion to experiences of supervisors using this approach in their practice in this field. The study is concentrating on - what are the stands of supervisors to systemic aproach and what are their experiences with using this approach in practice of supervision. Semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire are used for obtaining outcomes. The data were analysed in qualitative approach. Outcomes of this study indicate emphasis on stands of the supervisors, rather than on "simple" aplication of methodological operations. Systemic approach and dialog as an useful support for practise of career guidance counselor

The first part renders the theoretical introduction to the problems of career guidance and the next possible educational choice. There are clarified the important terms of the work, selected parts of career progression, characteristics of development stage of pubescent with respect to the next possible educational choice at the end of the primary school. Then we get acquainted with the basic principles of methodical approach and characteristics of systemic dialog. The empiric part brings particular casuistry which illustrates searching of harmony between personality of a pupil, background for exercise of a profession, chanciness, ignorance and deficient of maturity of pupils (their parents too) for the next career progression. We try to show the importance and benefit of the systemic approach and dialog just with guidance in casuistry and discussions. It tries to show a suitable systemic approach as a theoretical and philosophical framework of career counselor in the context of the consulting situation with children and their parents. This work shows that this approach helps that the counselor does not only submit a verdict but creates a place for thinking about possibilities. Childrens ́ life with and within media

Barbora Neuwirthová ABSTRACT Thesis "Childrens' life with and within media" explores and describes ways in which children handle digital media and how this media influence their lives. It aims to describe in ethnographic manner how children live their puberty with and within media. Main research was done through school ethnography, collected data were analyzed using systemic approach and interpretive socialization model. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews with 13 young people between 11 and 15 years old. Secondary source for research was in- school participant observation and analysis of respondent media products. Data analysis used open coding for creating codes and categories which were used in later analysis. Result of my research is thick description of childrens' life with and within media, which shows, that media are both tool and factor in children behavior and actions. Digital media create environment, in which children live in their own different, individual, ways, influenced by their personality or hobbies. Media usage manifest itself also in development and quality of peer and parent-child relationships.
